Cancellation & Refund
Cancel your booking from the Manage Reservation page. If paid, you can request a refund there. You have a 14-day UK consumer right to cancel from the booking date. Full refund if cancelled within 14 days and service date is after 14-day period, extras-only refund if service date falls within 14-day period. See our Refund Policy for details.
